Frequently Asked Questions

WordPress Starter Support is intended to cover the bases of security and site speed. We'll get you set up for Core Web Vitals success, backups, and security, but you'll still need to take care of a few things yourself, such as updates and image optimization.

WordPress Enhanced Support enables us to be much more active with the management and support of your site: We'll take care of updates, optimize your images, monitor your site's uptime, and help you out with requests you may have.

WordPress Premium Support means you're at the very top of our client priority list, and our team will be able to dedicate even more time to your site's specific needs and your requests, while ensuring your site is at its best. We'll also join your Google Search Console account, so we can jump in proactively to help with all of those scary-sounding notices they send out.

Okay, but which should I choose?

It all comes down to the level of involvement you'd like us to have in the running of your site, and where you are in your growth journey. In terms of traffic, the ranges noted below are indicative of the right plan to match the amount of support required. You can always choose a higher plan earlier if you'd like more help, but if your site's traffic is above these thresholds, we'll ask you to upgrade.

So, to sum it all up...

WordPress Starter Support - for when you're still starting up and putting things together. Up to 750K pageviews/month.

WordPress Enhanced Support - for when you've grown and want to spend more of your time on your site's content and business, meaning our team does more for you. Up to 3 million pageviews/month.

WordPress Premium Support - for when your site is thriving and you need to have complete peace of mind that our team is taking care of it all. More than 3 million pageviews/month.

You need Shopify support because E-Commerce platforms are extremely complex! Most people who sign up with us don't want to deal with the headache of tending to a complex platform like that.

The most effective way we can support you and your website is through an ongoing partnership. Being on a support plan allows us to step in quickly whenever issues arise, since we'll already have a deep understanding of your site’s setup and needs.

Many of the services included in our plans—like performance tuning, security monitoring, and proactive maintenance—are essential for keeping your site running smoothly and securely.

Take Core Web Vitals, for example: while we can make significant improvements in a one-time project, site performance naturally shifts as your content, plugins, and traffic evolve. With a support plan, we can adapt to these changes as they occur, without incurring additional fees.

Our goal is to be more than just a service provider. We aim to be a long-term partner invested in your success.

Absolutely! While some of our support plans include unlimited help for all covered services, we recognize that managing your website involves a comprehensive list of tasks and potential unexpected issues.

That’s why we offer Quick Support Requests—they're designed for exactly those smaller, day-to-day needs.

A Quick Support Request is a task or question that typically takes around 15 minutes or less to complete.

We're not strict about the time—many tasks go a bit over—but the goal is to offer flexible, fast help for things that don't require a complete design or development project.

Think of it as having a friendly expert on call for all those little website headaches.

If you're on our Enhanced Support Plan, you get five Quick Support Requests each month. On the Premium Support Plan, you get unlimited requests. Some common examples include:

  • Recommending the best plugin for a specific need
  • Troubleshooting a plugin that suddenly stopped working
  • Fixing image alignment or broken forms
  • Installing Google Analytics or setting up GA4
  • Adjusting fonts, colors, or layout quirks
  • Setting up redirects or fixing broken links
  • Optimizing your content for better performance

If your request goes beyond what can be done in a Quick Support Task, we’ve still got your back.

We’ll guide you toward the best solution—whether that means pointing you to the right tools, helping you communicate with third-party support teams, or connecting you with a trusted expert who can take it from there.

Yes. We have made it very simple for you to attach services to multiples websites. All you need to do is increase the amount before you add the service to your cart.

Once the purchase is complete, an agent will reach out to you to get all of your details in order to help you with your project.

We sure can! SEO means Search Engine Optimization. That's geek speak for ranking your website at the top of Google's search results for a specific keyword.

For example, if you type the words "Donuts in Miami" into Google, we ensure your site appears on the first page of those Google results for those keywords.

Being on the first page for those Google results gives you a better chance of getting traffic to your website.

Yes, we do help with image optimization—but the specifics depend on the plan you choose.

All of our plans include access to Cloudflare Enterprise, which features Cloudflare Polish—a powerful tool that optimizes your images on the fly and serves them from the server closest to your visitors. This setup significantly improves site speed by reducing load times and enhancing overall performance.

However, Cloudflare Polish doesn't resize or optimize the original images on your server, nor does it scale down extra-large uploads.

That’s why our Enhanced Plan and Premium Plan also include on-server image optimization. During onboarding, we assess your current images and configure a plugin—typically Imagify or ShortPixel—to optimize their compression and resizing as needed. This setup ensures that both your existing and future images are correctly optimized without sacrificing visual quality, all at no extra cost.

If you're on the Basic Plan and need help with image optimization, we’re happy to provide guidance and tools to help you handle it with confidence.

You sure can! Just log into your account here and in your client dashboard you will see an option to add a service.

As part of our onboarding process, we perform a thorough security audit to identify and resolve any existing vulnerabilities, laying the groundwork for long-term protection. We then harden your site’s defenses to prevent unauthorized access and minimize future risks.

From there, we run daily automated scans to monitor your site’s security environment, quickly detecting and responding to any signs of trouble before they escalate. While no site can ever be 100% hack-proof, our layered approach significantly reduces the likelihood of unauthorized access.

And if a breach does occur, we act fast to restore your site, fix the issue, and close any newly discovered security gaps—so you're back online with minimal disruption.

Most hosting providers offer basic optimization, but it’s typically a generic, one-size-fits-all approach. With thousands—or even tens of thousands—of websites sharing their infrastructure, there’s simply no way for them to fine-tune performance to match your site’s unique needs.

While helpful to a point, these standard optimizations often fall short when it comes to truly maximizing speed, efficiency, and stability for your specific setup.

That’s where we come in. We tailor our optimization strategies to your site’s requirements, backed by hands-on experience working with hundreds of similar websites. As part of our ongoing support plans, you benefit from this deep expertise, not just once, but continuously.

We stay on top of evolving best practices and apply them proactively, ensuring your site remains optimized, secure, and high-performing over the long haul.
